Heavenly Hilton gardens—July 2026
FCGN members and guests enjoyed a serene evening July 14 in the gardens of Bonnie Bullivant in Hilton. It was one of those days with heat advisories, but a brisk wind kept the heat and bugs at bay and it turned out to be very pleasant for strolling Bonnie’s large and varied landscape. The gardens are beautiful and peaceful, with lots of shade from mature trees. Different vistas appear as more and more of the garden unfolds, highlighted with several fountains and ponds. Everywhere, you spy new creative touches, from plant choices to whimsical garden art and sculptures. And there’s lots of comfortable seating – a wonderful place to spend a summer evening with fellow gardeners.
